THIS PROJECT PROPOSES DESIGN AND PROOF-OF-CONCEPT VALIDATION VIA SCALABLE LABORATORY PROTOTYPING OF A MEGAWATT (MW)-SCALE HIGH-VOLTAGE MULTIPHASE DUAL-ROTOR GENERATOR (DRG) INTEGRATED WITH A MULTIPHASE PASSIVE RECTIFIER FOR A POWER MANAGEMENT AND DISTRIBUTION (PMAD) SYSTEM IN A NUCLEAR ELECTRIC PROPULSION (NEP) SYSTEM.
