THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL LABOR, EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS TO INSTALL A NEW ROOF OVER THE WINGS OF THE HANGER. IN ADDITION, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ADHERE TO ALL PERTINENT FAA CONTRACTUAL REQUIREMENTS.
