DUE TO THE FAILURE OF THE UST'S SYSTEM TO PREVENT AN OVERFILL, THERE WAS A SMALL FUEL LEAK AT BWMY, AS A RESULT OF THIS DOEE DECIDED TO RESTRICT OPERATIONS OF THE TANK UNTIL SUCH TIME AS WE CAN PROVE THAT COMPLIANCE HAS BEEN RESTORED.
