GEMS PHASE B EFFORT. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE THE NECESSARY RESOURCES AND SKILLS TO PERFORM AND MANAGE THE TASKS DEFINED WITHIN THIS SOW FOR THE PHASE B.
