IGF::OT::IGF MOST US NUCLEAR UTILITIES ARE MEMBERS OF EPRI AND ALL LICENSEES PARTICIPATE IN EPRI'S PRA/HRA TOOLS USER GROUP. THE NRC PARTICIPATES IS THIS GROUP TO (1) UNDERSTAND THE CALCULATIONAL TOOLS BEING USED BY THE INDUSTRY, (2) HAVE ACCESS TO THESE CALCULATIONAL TOOLS FOR OUR OWN USES, (3) HAVE ACCESS TO EPRI TRAINING WORKSHOPS, (4) COLLABORATE WITH EPRI TO RESEARCH THE LIMITATIONS OF THEIR TOOLS AND THE UNCERTAINTY ASSOCIATED WITH THESE TOOLS, AND (5) PARTICIPATE IN INITIATIVES TO IMPROVE THE CALCULATIONAL TOOLS.
