IGF::OT::IGF THE PURPOSE OF THIS REQUISITION IS FOR THE REPAIR OF ROLL-UP DOOR 1201C THAT PROVIDE ACCESS FOR THE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT FROM THE WAREHOUSE LOADING DOCK. THE ROLL-UP DOOR WILL NOT OPERATE AUTOMATICALLY OR MANUALLY AND CONTRACTOR INVESTIGATIONS HAVE DETERMINED THE ISSUE TO BE A PROBLEM WITH THE SPRINGS IN THE COUNTERBALANCE BARREL. REPAIRS WILL REQUIRE THE REMOVAL OF A PORTION OF THE CEILING TILE AND GRID TO ALLOW FOR THE REMOVAL OF THE ROLL-UP DOOR WITH A FORKLIFT. THE CONTRACTOR WILL NEED TO REPLACE THE FAILED COUNTERBALANCE BARREL, REINSTALL THE DOOR, SET LIMITS AND TEST OPERATIONS.
