UPDATE ALL 3 VERSIONS OF THE FLIGHT ANALYST WORKSTATION (FAWS) TO PRESERVE COMMENTS AND STANDARDIZE FORMATTING AND ORDER IN RANGE SAFETY OPERATIONS MARKUP LANGUAGE (RSOML) FILES ALLOWING ANALYSTS/THE RANGE TO EASILY COMPARE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN FILES.
ARCTOS WILL PROVIDE SOFTWARE UPDATES, TESTING, UPDATE OF USER DOCUMENTATION AND SUBMITTAL OF A FINAL REPORT FOR DISTANCE FOCUSED OVERPRESSURE (DFO) MODEL UPDATE IN GWIN.
SHARP IS THE DESIGNATION FOR THE HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, AND PROCEDURES USED TO PERFORM FLIGHT ANALYSIS AND RISK ANALYSIS BY 45 SW/SEL ANALYSTS IN SUPPORT OF SPACE LAUNCH AT THE EASTERN RANGE (ER).
INTEGRATE A STANDALONE FILE CONVERTER TOOL WITH THE FLIGHT ANALYSES WORKSTATION TO ALLOW DIRECT USE OF INPUT FILES. THIS WILL REDUCE TIME TO PRODUCE MISSION DATA LOAD FILES REQUIRED FOR AFSS LAUNCH MISSIONS AND REDUCE RISK MODEL SUSTAINMENT COSTS.
MODIFY TTKS SOFTWARE ARCHITECTURE TO ALLOW PARALLEL PROCESSING ON MULTIPLE COMPUTE NODES INSTEAD OF A SINGLE COMPUTE NODE TO ACHIEVE A 50 PERCENT REDUCTION IN RUNTIME.
UPDATE FAWS TO PRODUCE BULK AFSS SIMULATIONS. BULK AFSS SIMULATIONS WILL REDUCE SENSOR DATA ERRORS AND SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCE TIME REQUIRED TO PRODUCE MISSION DATA LOAD FILES FOR AFSS LAUNCH MISSIONS.
IV/V WILL ALLOW USE OF THE HAZX TOOL TO PRODUCE SAFE DISTANCE ARCS THAT ARE SIGNIFICANTLY SMALLER THAN EMPIRICAL SAFE DISTANCE ARCS. SMALLER ARCS ALLOW GROUND PROCESSING AT CCSFS OF NEW LAUNCH VEHICLES W/ HIGH QUANTITIES OF LIQUID PROPELLANTS.
SLD 45/SEW WILL USE THE RISK-BASED MODEL IN LIEU OF/IN CONJUNCTION WITH DODS QUANTITY-DISTANCE (QD) SEPARATION APPROACH WHICH CAN NEGATIVELY IMPACT NEIGHBORING OPS AND RESULT IN SIGNIFICANT MISSION LIMITATIONS.
UPGRADE CAPE POPULATION DATABASE APPLICATION TO REDUCE TIME REQUIRED TO PRODUCE INPUT FILES FOR RISK ASSESSMENT TOOLS AND FLIGHT CONTROLLED AREA (FCA) ROADBLOCK ACCESS LETTERS.
