G2X TAKE: The wait is over! Late last week, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) awarded the restricted small business portion of this important IDIQ contract, which is expected to be the primary vehicle for the SEC to acquire IT services over the next 10 years. The 15 Small Businesses below will join the previously identified large business awardees, Attain, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Accenture, as the group who will vie for tasks on this IDIQ which will cover all enterprise IT services for the Agency across six channels, including platform and applications development, O&M, business solutions delivery, information security, data management and analytics, IT governance, and technology business management. The 15 Small Business awardees are as follows: 3A LLC (led by Alpha Omega) Advanced Software Systems, Inc. Ascella Technologies, Inc CyberData Technologies, Inc. Incentive Technology Group (iTG) Integrated Systems, Inc. (ISI) Invictus JV KCI-Acuity LLC KHS Solutions LLC Octo Metric LLC Procentrix, Inc. Pyramid Systems, Inc. Savvee Consulting, Inc. Team GreenZone JV LLC Technik, Inc Congratulations to the winners! Now comes the hard work. At first glance, this is a very competitive group and the real measure of success for these Prime awardees, in the long run, will be based on their ability to win the all-important tasks. Will there be a protest? 68 firms are known to have put in a bid on this IDIQ overall. There is a lot on the line here for those who did not win, some of whom are established SEC players, as they now face the possibility of being shut out of SEC as a Prime for the next decade. We will keep an eye on it and report here if anything takes place. G2X ETC members, make sure to subscribe to this thread to get the latest updates.
