This position is located at Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Office of Technology and Innovation. The incumbent serves as Deputy and alter-ego to the Chief Information Officer (CIO); contributes to and shares responsibility for the development and implementation of strategic objectives, policies, and priorities; and has the authority and responsibility to perform the duties of the CIO in their absence. Duties: Supervise core operational sections of the Office of Technology and Innovation (T&I), including Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Strategy, Financial Management, Procurement, People Operations, Governance, Program Management Office (PMO), and Enterprise Architecture (EA). Provide leadership and subject matter expertise for cybersecurity policy and oversight and the development of seamless operational processes. Advise the CIO and other Bureau officials on implementing emerging digital technologies to advance the CFPB mission and put data at the fingertips of Bureau employees.
