G2X TAKE: Unisys was recently awarded this highly-visible single-award IDIQ contract, which is intended to consolidate several IT contracts under one vehicle, in support of the Department of Transportation OCIO, the DestinationsDIGITAL modernization program and the Common Operating Environment, which manages IT services across the Agency. More here.   A formal protest had been filed by SAIC last Fall in relation to this competition, but was ultimately withdrawn. Limited details were provided. More here.  DOT released both an Unrestricted RFP and Small business RFP for Enterprise IT Shared Services (EITSS) late last year. This article does a good job of summarizing the details of the EITSS requirement.  This Joint Venture scored the $50M DOT Enterprise IT Shared Services SB IDIQ win late last year.
