Planning for short- and long-term operations for the Directorate
Reviewing staff and Program Office operations for the purpose of determining appropriateness and applicability of proposed actions
Establishing overall Program Office managerial and administrative objectives, develops long-range plans and identifies required resources in order to promote an efficient, economical, and progressive organization
Serving as a supervisor and directs subordinate supervisors concerning information technology, telecommunications and enforcement technology work
Directing staff and taking necessary corrective steps or makes modifications to proposals/plans to ensure compliance with policies
