G2X TAKE: Beating out eight other bidders, Harkcon, an SDVOSB consulting firm that provides a wide range of high-level analysis and management services to the Government and private sectors, has been awarded a 2-year task to provide support services to the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. This task was competed and awarded as a service-disabled Veteran-owned small business set-aside action using DHS PACTS II. Take Bytes Awarded in 2017, the PACTS II IDIQ is a multiple-award SDVOSB specific IDIQ for non-IT Program Management, Administrative, Operations, and Technical Services. More here. Harkcon is a very familiar face at DHS with a wealth of experience supporting Department of Homeland Security agencies, to include a recent 5-year Federal Emergency Management Agency Privacy Support Services task; a two year task they added last Fall with CISA to develop a central catalog of approved training resources and develop a stand-alone database solution document; and a long list of experience supporting the US Coast Guard since Harkcon was formed in 2005.
