Jennifer Oar, an experienced IT professional who has worked in industry and previously held several positions within DHS including as an IT program manager and as a special assistant to the DHS Under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis, is now Deputy Branch Chief for the Insights Branch for the DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.
