These responses will assist the Government in identifying companies...” “6.2 General Requirements This acquisition requires the contractor to be able to provide cradle-to-grave procurement and acquisition support services with federal Government experience (desired) in supporting a federal agency/component procurement division/office: The Contractor shall provide services as follow, but are not limited to the following Assistance in pre-solicitation, solicitation, award, and post award phases of procurement actions that support the USSS mission Assistance with cradle-to-grave procurement actions, working with the contracting officers and contract specialists Preparation of and assistance with issuance of new contract actions and support of fiscal year end requirements Preparation of and assistance with contract modifications and funding modifications Providing cost and pricing analysis support for proposals, potential awards, and contract modifications Drafting documents to support awards and contract modifications Preparation of and assistance with issuance of contract closeout and de-obligations modifications Tracking contract deliverables, correspondence, and trend data associated with administration and management of contracts actions Communicating and collaborating directly with USSS internal customers: Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), Project/Program Managers (PMs), and program offices.
