"As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst (OCDO Branch Chief) you will collaborate across every facet of USCIS to design ways of solving business challenges with data. You will lead diversely talented teams of statisticians, adjudicators, technology professionals, data scientists, and analysts to design solutions that accelerate the USCIS mission and improve decision-making at every level. Responsibilities: Serve as a steward of immigration related data; respond to routine and ad hoc requests for immigration related data to internal and external customers. Ensure the development, validation, and verification of scientific data and data collection systems with internal and external customers. Analyze and assess significant data management and reporting characteristics and challenges for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure the development, implementation, and monitoring of sophisticated management information systems that focus on short- and long- range plans. Conducts data analytics including, but not limited to, data mining and machine learning, data visualization, quantitative and statistical analysis, programming, and problem solving.
