This system will also allow Census to track the chain of custody and provide verification of the final person that received the package or mail. Acquiring this system will save time and remove the need to manually record the receipt of packages. Due to the volume of mail and packages received and processed at HQ, each division and office is required to have a direct delivery point for all packages addressed to employees within that division/office. This cuts down on the separate deliveries to each employee.
