Notice ID: TAAD0000-23-00000 Description The International Trade Administration’s Office of the Assistant Secretary for Industry and Analysis (I&A) is seeking information on how any interested and qualified vendors could provide both U.S. and global supply chain data reporting and analysis services. I&A’s core mission is to produce the world’s most in-depth, high-quality trade analysis while creating and implementing innovative trade and investment strategies that unlock global opportunities for U.S. businesses. REQUIREMENT - All solutions should be able to provide the following capabilities: Ability to track shipper, consignee, cargo contents by harmonized system (HS) code (HTSUS-10 for U.S. shipments, HS6 for international), mode of transport, quantity and unit of measurement, and value (USD). Downloadable HTSUS-10, HS-6, and reports on current and historical trends. Additionally, provide the ability to download the data informing these reports. Current and historical beneficial ownership tracking for both U.S.-based and international firms, public and private. Geographical and relational mapping of individual supply chain steps of industries and their firms. Key data points to present are firm name and beneficial ownership, supplier and customer relationships, production by sector/ product/ country, country-level (or more detailed), production capacity information, factory relationships, foreign value-added in production, market concentration/structure, domestic and international prices, and shipping routes (both maritime and non-maritime where available).
