Notice ID: AMDTC-23-0006 Description The NIST OFPM selected Nuvolo to meet their Facilities Management Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) needs for Work Management, Preventative Maintenance, Labor Management, Inspection Management, Materials Management, Operations Intelligence, Construction Management, Project Management, Asset Management, Document Management, and Mobile capabilities as a result of a competitive acquisition in FY2021. The scope includes all business and management, technical, and security objectives as outlined in Section III. The Contractor shall work with NIST staff to prepare for and implement the Nuvolo application, a Data Warehouse, and online storeroom catalog within NIST’s existing ServiceNow environment. The contractor shall configure document management and document exchange capabilities. The Contractor shall provide Nuvolo product expertise as well as guidance with Facilities and Engineering Management industry best practices, expertise in data analysis, data migration, system integration, Nuvolo configuration/development and implementation. The NIST OFPM requires the following to meet its requirements and objectives: • The contractor shall provide expertise with the Nuvolo application and facilities management industry best practices beginning at contract award through the implementation phase to: o Ensure future state processes and user stories developed during the Implementation Preparation phase align with current, and next release, Nuvolo capabilities. o Consult on Facilities and Engineering Management best practices based on contractor's library of best practices. Provide reference documents for any best practices implemented in configuring the Nuvolo environment.
