G2X TAKE: Mary Potter, armed with nearly two decades supporting the Commerce Departments’ Census Bureau through roles of increasing responsibility, takes on a new challenge as Chief within the Office of Survey and Census Analytics.  Mary brings experience to include leading a team to create the Quarterly Services Survey, the Census Bureau’s first new economic indicator in over 30 years, and managing over 20 different projects as the chief of the Sample Design Management Branch.  Prior roles include:  Chief of the Policy Coordination Office and Chief Privacy Officer - US Census Bureau, Department of Commerce  Assistant Division Chief for the Census Investigative Services Operation - US Census Bureau, Department of Commerce  Department Of Commerce Senior Executive Service Candidate Development Program - Department of Commerce
