Notice ID: 89303023RLP000020 Description DOE’s loan programs—administered by LPO—enable DOE to work with private companies and lenders to mitigate the financing risks associated with clean energy projects. LPO manages three separate programs. LPO originates, guarantees, and monitors loans to support clean energy projects through these programs. 2.1 Description of Services 2.1.2 The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and any other items, except for those items specified as government furnished property and/or services, necessary to perform Professional Management and Analytical Support Services; Outreach Services; and Information Technology Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. 2.2 Acquisition Objective 2.2.1 The purpose of the acquisition is to hire a contractor capable of providing professional management and analytical support services in the following areas: Financial, Budgetary, Engineering/Technical, Market Analysis, Risk, Credit and Economic Analysis, Program Management Support, Outreach services.
