To improve upon the existing approach, FRA has chosen Workday Learning and is seeking an experienced implementor to assist with integration and configuration. FRA currently uses Workday for Human Capital Management. The significant overlap between the data used in talent acquisition and that which is used by Human Resources provides an opportunity to improve efficiency and integration with other processes. Workday LMS will be an integrated state-of-the-art tool that will optimize the entire learning and development process, record and ensure training compliance and aide in succession planning and skills/competency management. The purpose of this project is to modernize and optimize the learning management system. FRA desires a system that will: Be stable and reliable, including 24/7 technical support Be a user-friendly system that is easy to navigate. Users must be able find/add/edit/delete information easily Integrate with outside systems such as: Workday, Denodo, ServiceNow Scope - Working in coordination with Fermilab personnel, the scope of work for establishing the new Learning Management System includes: Implementation of the Workday Learning Management module Analysis and documentation of the current learning management processes Evaluation of opportunities for improvement of the current processes Configuration of the Learning Management module Restructuring of data and content as needed to support process improvements Communication with users and stakeholders User training and documentation Process to import historical data Read more here.
