RFQ ID: RFQ1614458 Set-Aside Type: N/A MAS Category/SIN: MAS:54151S Description 1.0 INTRODUCTION Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (herein known as "BSA"), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is authorized to issue this Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Offeror shall quote its most favorable price and technical approach because of the possibility that award will be made without discussion of the quote received. 2.0 SCOPE OVERVIEW This RFQ is for a review of BSA's IT governance practices. Requirements for this solicitation are outlined in the attached Statement of Work, dated March, 15, 2023. 3.0 BASIS OF AWARD Award, if any, will be made to the responsive and responsible Offeror whose evaluated quote provides for a fair and reasonable price after satisfying all requirements of this RFQ. The resultant Firm Fixed Price Award shall be subject to the terms and conditions as outlined in attached DRAFT Award. 4.0 QUOTE SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS General: Offeror that fails to provide all requirements of this RFQ may be deemed non-responsive and may not be considered for award. Any exceptions shall be noted accordingly; however, the Offeror shall not construe noted exceptions, if any, to be accepted by BSA. Questions: Should Offeror have questions, all questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracts Specialist no later than Monday, March 17, 2023 by 4 PM EST. Questions received late may not be answered. Questions and BSA's answers will be transmitted to all Offerors via email. Submission of Quote: Quotes are due by the Quote Due Date as detailed within the RFQ. Quotations, including their withdrawal or modification, received after the Quote Due Date shall be considered late. Such responses will only be considered if it is in BSA's best interest to do so.
