Notice ID: 89303023RCF000010 Description The purpose of this notice is to publicize the U.S. Department of Energy ‘s (DOE) acquisition strategy for the Financial and Strategic Management Support Services multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and the initial order for Programmatic, Operational, and Management Support (POMS) in support of the Office of Electricity. The POMS initial order consists of similar requirements that are under other DOE specific acquisitions, including the following: the Technical, Analytical, and Management Support Services (TAMSS) BPA, the Technical Analytical Management Administrative and Communication Support Services Task Order, and the Professional and Administrative Support Services Call Order. DOE anticipates awarding up to five master BPAs in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-3 under the General Services Administration (GSA), Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), Special Item Number (SIN), 541611 - Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services. In addition, one BPA awardee will be awarded the POMS initial order. The Government reserves the right to make any number of awards, or no award, if it is in the Government's best interest to do so.
