Notice ID: 140A2323Q0496
The purpose of the statement of work is to provide a comprehensive approach to improve student outcomes within the Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute (SIPI) Student Affairs Division. We are seeking a case management module to assist in data collection and sharing of data through a data module for all of our programs involved in continuous improvement within Student Affairs. In the work we provide in support of SIPI’s academic programs, we need an early alert system and student care to strengthen SIPI’s student persistence, retention, and overall graduation cohorts on our campus. SIPI is unique in that its clientele is exclusively Native American students nationwide, many of whom are at-risk students; the educational tracking of these students becomes important in SIPI’s graduation/student involvement rates. In addition, we need to further increase student engagement, build upon a culture of success, and break down the campus-wide silos that all campuses experience.
Services: The following services are required:
Case management module
Effective implementation for IT integration into a Governmental campus-wide system
Project management availability for student affairs programming
Ability for cohort management, case management, reporting, assessments for non-academics, and for department-specific processes
On-going staff training
24/7 IT staff availability
Management capability for at-risk students
Referral capability between non-academic programs
Provide a holistic student care module shared among non-academic programs.
Day, night, and weekend availability
Services to be provided through chat, video, phone, or messaging.
Available to work with our institution’s IT team.
SIPI will provide the following:
SIPI will identify the non-academic program modules needed.
SIPI will include other needed programs on campus for implementation, to include IT offices.
SIPI will meet with the contractor on data needed for continuous improvement.
