Furthermore, this requirement will likely be carried out on a full and open basis and will not be set aside for small businesses. Furthermore, this procurement will likely be a combined Firm-Fixed Price and Time and Material Task Order. Finally, this notice is providing an updated SOW based on comments and inputs from industry. The Government would like to thank those that participated in sources sought notice 1605190. The below is the original scope stated in notice 1605190. The scope of this procurement is to further development, operations, and maintenance of the integrated clinical research management system for National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) in accordance with regulated clinical research requirements as set forth by applicable health authorities.
