DOI will be conducting a multi-phased approach for this requirement. All interested industry partners shall review this preliminary RFQ document (including general information and basis for award and evaluation factors) and attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) to determine their affirmative interest in this competition. All interested industry partners shall inform the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contract Specialist (CS) that they wish to be included in this RFQ. If a response affirming interest in this competition is NOT received, or if the industry partner wishes to opt-out, then the industry partner will not be included in this RFQ. No response or a response that does not affirm interest in this competition will constitute an opt-out. All interested industry partners shall ensure they submit their response to either opt-in or opt-out via email to Chiharu_Bullock@ibc.doi.gov and Naureen_Javaid@ibc.doi.gov no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Time on January 26, 2023.
