Notice ID: VMSRFI Description 1.2 Objective: ATF requires a Video Management System (VMS) capable of hosting up to 1,000 simultaneous video streams and supporting multi-factor authentication in accordance with Executive Order 14028. The VMS shallsupport ATF Video Surveillance Services for roughly 25 Field Division. This effort is to replace the current decentralized systems with one consolidated AWS compliant cloud system. The current requirementsupports roughly 650 surveillance cameras but could be increased up to 1,000. Support services shall include but are not limited to consulting and training to support the ATF Technical Operations Officers and Technical Surveillance Specialists across the 25 Field Divisions. 1.3 Scope: The contractor shall provide all products and services to support the VMS as a turnkey solution. A turnkey solution means a type of system built end-to-end for ATF that can be easily implemented into the current ATF process.The solution shall be immediately ready to use upon delivery and vendor implementation. Customization shall be minimal and approved by ATF prior to implementation. An estimated one thousand (1,000) software licenses shall be required over the performance of this VMS effort to support existing ATF camera inventory and future purchases. Vendor shall only provide the actual number of licenses requested by ATF at the time of award or by future modifications. The Government reserves the right to order additional cameras and licenses under this requirement in varying quantities.
