Responsibilities: This position is located in the Office of Science and Technology (OST), IT Services Delivery Division (ITSDD), Application Development Branch The primary purpose of this position is to manage the Information Technology programs, contracts, and resources to meet the established OST and ATF strategic goals and programs objectives. As a Supervisory Information Technology Specialist (Branch Chief), GS-2210-14, your typical work assignments may include: Manages, coordinates and directs programmatic functions relative to the practices, systems, techniques and principles of information technology (IT). Ensures the application of information security information assurance policies, principles and practices in the delivery of all IT services. Assures software and systems quality and functionality. Evaluates new applications software technologies, ensuring the rigorous application of information security information assurance policies and practices to the delivery of software services. Analyzes, tests, installs, implements and supports new or existing application software.
