Christopher Barker, armed with experience managing a staff of over 150 contractors in support of IT systems, involving 13 federal agencies across 3 departments of government, has taken on a new role at the Department of Justice Office of Immigration Review as Director of Cybersecurity & Chief Information Security Officer.
