Notice ID: DJF120023RFI04242023 Description The United States Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Technology Innovation Section (TIS) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI), as defined in FAR 15.201. The Government is requesting information regarding the availability and capability of companies who can provide software development and services to meet the FBI’s Digital Automation Solution (DAS) Center of Excellence (CoE) requirement. The FBI is seeking vendors with expertise in developing DAS to provide innovative solutions for process automations across the enterprise. The FBI’s Technology Innovation Section intends to further the integration of the DAS CoE into the FBI’s enterprise by effectively managing the technical development and maintenance of automations as well as the business processes, customer outreach, and engagement. 3.0 CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS This RFI is open to businesses with a documented history of providing digital automation solutions across an enterprise. This includes: A strong consultative background with skilled client-facing Business Analysts who can work with clients from across the Enterprise to gather requirements and develop process documentation. Process automation developers to develop automations to assist in streamlining client’s work and increase efficiency based on of process documentation. Proven and documented success with developing automated solutions to include but not limited to the following DAS software: Blue Prism UiPath Microsoft Power Automate Additional language - Python AWS web page development, metrics reporting, dashboards, user requests, and process alerting. - Automations across multiple domains (Unclassified, Secret, Top Secret) Expertise in supporting the creation of an Authority to Operate (ATO) to include security documentation on multiple domains - Additional experience requested: Cloud – Amazon Web Service (AWS) and Azure SQL Database JIRA/CONFLUENCE Data Visualization Software ie: Tableau, Power BI Read more here.
