As a GS-2210-15, your typical work assignments may include the following: Supervising, developing, and directing the work of multiple Information Technology Specialists at the GS-14 level performing data management, contract management, and project management. Serving as the principal advisor to the CIO on all strategic IT-related matters. Evaluating, creating, and implementing the information technology portfolio and providing broad policy, priorities, and program guidance in support of IT mission requirements. Providing data analysis and data validation in support of special requests and routine data calls in response to the Department, OMB, GAO, and Civil Division, including but not limited to: Federal IT Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA), artificial intelligence, data intelligence, enterprise risk, and strategic planning. Determining resource requirements on all matters pertaining to information sharing and information management. Serving as the data management authority and senior consultant. Developing and interpreting policies, procedures, and strategies governing the planning and delivery of IT services throughout the agency.
