RFQ ID: RFQ1605064 Set-Aside Type: Small Business set-aside MAS Category/SIN: MAS:54151S Description The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to conduct market research related to the Department of Justice (DOJ), Justice Management Division's (JMD)'s requirement for tasks and services necessary to perform helpdesk, incidental information technology (IT) and all related program management services for DOJ JMD employees. The tasks and services will be ordered under a planned information technology (IT) professional services blanket purchase agreement (BPA) and represent the tasks and performance areas that DOJ has identified as the most specialized and critical for industry to address. The contractor shall perform services in accordance with to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) included in the performance work statement/statement of work (PWS/SOW).
