Notice ID: 15JA0523Q00000044
This document outlines the scope of objectives for the implementation of the Department of Justice (DOJ) United States Attorneys’ Office for the District of Columbia’s (USAO-DC’s) new Prosecutors’ Case Management System (PCMS). USAO-DC requires the services of a contractor to provide a PCMS that can be customized, as well as the services required to implement and support the system. This project will include extensive collaborative partnering and iterative development efforts working directly with the USAO-DC and the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys (EOUSA) personnel to ensure all needs are met. The purpose of the PCMS Implementation project is to provide improved usability and easy access to all case and case-related data to accelerate routine prosecutorial tasks so that the U.S. Attorney (USA) and Assistant U.S. Attorneys (AUSAs) may more efficiently complete mission critical work. The PCMS procurement must provide a product with an interfacing platform service upon which the USAO-DC’s existing databases and associated legacy data may be migrated to permit updated interfacing capabilities to send, receive, store, and process critical criminal justice data
The Contractor shall provide any requisite licenses, implement, operate and maintain the PCMS tool solution which meets or exceeds the requirements of this SOW; see details in section 3.10 Licensure Agreement. It is anticipated that the PCMS product will need to be tailored to the unique needs of USAO-DC. The contractor shall provide critical planning and implementation services as the USAO-DC anticipates releasing the PCMS platform in support of the modernization effort. In providing the PCMS tool solution, the Contractor shall perform the following tasks:
Configuration and Testing
