G2X TAKE: Small business BCT Partners, a consulting firm who lives at the intersection of technology, cultural competence, and project and knowledge management methodology, has been awarded a 3-year task to provide the Employment and Training Administration (ETA) with Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) Grantee Program Management System (GPMS) Technical Assistance and Support. This task was competed and awarded using the CIO-SP3 SB vehicle, drawing no other bids.   Take Bytes  There is no surprise here as, led by Dr. Randal Pinkett, the Chairman and CEO, BCT Partners has served as a Prime partner to DOL ETA for the past decade providing Programmatic Technical Assistance support services on a number of efforts from SCSEP to Workforce Investment.   This award comes on the heels of an $18M Enterprise Digital Strategies and Solutions (EDSS) task this group added at HHS to close out FY19 that was also a CIO-SP3 SB win.
