Jarrod Frahm, an industry leader with over 20 years of experience as a Foreign Service Specialist within the Department of State's Bureau of Information Resource Management, has taken on a new challenge as Deputy Director, IT Customer Care and Support Services at the US Department of State. Jarrod brings recent experience leading a team of engineers, technicians, and project management specialists to support video teleconferencing solutions.
