In close coordination with, and approval by the HRMC, the Contractor shall develop and conduct a secure web-based survey, collect responses, report employee satisfaction results, and analyze trends using data the Contractor will gather from approximately 2,700 employees. The survey shall also measure employee engagement and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Assessment topics may include, but not be limited to job quality, learning and development opportunities, senior leadership support, work unit leadership, immediate supervisor, communication, organizational structure/resources, customer focus, work-life quality, engagement, and job satisfaction. The survey shall conform to current professional standards, be reliable and easy to use by respondents, and capable of generating clear and effective data and reports.
