Department of Education heretofore referred to as “ED” or “the Department”, under the Director, Information  Technology Program Services (ITPS) in the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). The Department seeks contractor support in the successful execution of its IT Governance and Information Technology Investment Management (ITIM) programs, to include Capital Planning & Investment Control (CPIC), strategic IT portfolio management, and Enterprise Architecture. The services described in this PWS provide primary support to a government staff for the procurement and effective / efficient management of the Department’s IT portfolio and ensure the effective governance of IT to meet the agency’s goals and objectives.
