G2X TAKE: Beating out 14 other bidders, fast rising small business LinTech Global, an IT and engineering solutions provider, has been awarded a 5-year contract with the Environmental Protection Agency to provide ECHO regional IT, Telecommunication Support Services and Geospatial Support Services for Regions 1, 2 and 3. The contract was competed and awarded using GSA IT-70. The end result was the same. EPA’s Enforcement and Compliance History Online (ECHO) platform reports display compliance, enforcement, and environmental data on a webpage for a facility or permittee, many of which are specific to an environmental program or emissions type (e.g., air, water).
