G2X TAKE: Leading technology company Salient CRGT, now part of GovCIO, focused on data analytics, cloud, agile software development, mobility, cyber security, and infrastructure solutions, has been awarded a 7-year, $525M Enterprise Support Services and Endpoint Technology (ESSET) task with the Environmental Protection Agency. There were three other bidders for the task, which was awarded using the GSA Alliant 2 contract vehicle. Take Bytes Noting that this award was supported through GSA, we do not note any other work by Salient CRGT or GovCIO in support of the EPA. In 2021, GovCIO announced its intent and then closed on a deal to acquire Salient CRGT. The “GovCIO and SCRGT combination will bring together two premier, complementary providers of government IT solutions to form a diversified, best-in-class platform well-positioned to meet the evolving needs and priorities of government customers.” More here.
