RFQ ID: RFQ1615775 Set-Aside Type: N/A MAS Category/SIN: 8ASTARS3:STARS3 Description This is an eBuy Request for Information (RFI) for eBusiness Working Capital Fund Support Services a tentative requirement to successfully operate, manage, and bill for Working Capital Fund (WCF) services across the Agency. Current WCF clients include numerous EPA Headquarters offices, Regional offices, and other Federal agencies. WCF Customers determine service requirements, plan and budget for WCF services, originate requests for WCF Services, monitor consumption of WCF services and provide feedback on WCF service quality. Continued eBusiness WCF support is critical to the success of WCF, OEI, and the Agency. As part of its market research, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is issuing this RFI to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested GSA Schedule contractors capable of providing the support as further described in the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). The Government intends to use the responses to this RFI for information and planning purposes. The anticipated period of performance is a base year and four (4) one year option periods. It is anticipated that SIN/category 541512 Computer Systems Design Services will be utilized for any resulting requirement. Responses to this RFI are not quotes on which EPA can issue any Schedule orders. This RFI is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not in itself constitute a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The Government does not intend to award a Schedule order(s) or BPAs based only on responses to this RFI. All information received in response to this RFI marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Responses to the RFI will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. EPA will not pay for information received in response to this RFI. There is no commitment by the Government to issue an RFQ, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by industry responses to this RFI. The requirements identified in the attached draft statement of work are currently being provided via a hybrid Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Hourly Rate and Time and Materials Task Order. The purpose of this RFI is to determine alternative acquisition approaches other than the current methodology by using existing GSA contracting solutions. At a minimum, please provide the following when submitting your capability statement: Provide your approach to performing the draft statement of work utilizing a GSA contract solution(s) or EPA eligible Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs). Provide a brief description of recent and relevant projects utilizing GSA contract solution(s) or EPA eligible Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) for tasks similar to those in the Draft SOW.
