You will: Serve as Director, Washington DC Operations Division; develop and interpret policies or procedures governing the planning and delivery of IT services related to infrastructure, data network management and secure telecommunications. Design, develop, and manage systems that meet current and future business requirements and optimize the existing architecture to include management, operations and IT improvements of national communications systems. Provide expert technical advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and other technical specialists on critical infrastructure issues and make decisions. Advise and provide counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
