David Updike, a Federal IT executive with more than three decades of experience, including a recent stint as Deputy Director for Information Technology Operations at the Environmental Protection Agency, has taken on a new challenge as Deputy Chief Information Officer & Director for EPA's Office of Information Technology Operations.
