Alejandro Escobar, who has more than two decades of progressively responsible IT experience, has taken on a new challenge as Technical Support Branch Chief of the Environmental Protection Agency's Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) Program. In a previous role at EPA, Alejandro managed the WIFIA portfolio management initiative, including identifying the program needs and developing procedures for monitoring the complex financing instruments offered by the WIFIA program, currently at US$7.2 billion.
