G2X TAKE: As we continue to monitor and track activity related to large GWACs, G2Xchange has noted two recent voluntary termination updates related to the General Services Administration's Alliant 2, a Best-in-Class GWAC that is a preferred Governmentwide solution and which offers Artificial Intelligence (AI), Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and other types of emerging technologies.   These updated cancellations related to contracts held by:  Pragmatics  HII-Mission Driven Innovative Solutions  No further details are available except that the cancellations are mutually terminated and voluntary. According to authority under FAR: “The contractor agrees to waive all incurred costs (if any) as a result of the voluntary cancellation. The contractor agrees to pay the General Service Administration (GSA) all contract access fee(s) associated with task orders issued under the Alliant 2 governmentwide acquisition contract (GWAC). This provision is independent of any other action permitted under the contract terms and conditions. In all cases, if the Master Contract is canceled or terminated, the Contractor must continue to fully perform under any of their active or open Task Order(s) that had been issued under the Master Contract.”  We do not note any tasks awarded against either contract.
