The Program Analysis Officer participates with senior management in the development and provision of strategic program guidance to the Assistant Commissioner for FAS Office of Policy and Compliance.
Serves as top level advisor and consultant to GSA/FAS appointed officials on all controversial matters involving the work of the division relating to training, development and performance measurement of the FAS acquisitionworkforce.
Monitors and evaluates progress of the division toward meeting agency and organizational goals.
Makes adjustments in objectives, business plans, schedules and commitment of resources.
Provide Career path guidance and leadership development for FAS Acquisition Activities
Communicate and implement Federal and agency-specific workforce policies, procedures, and initiatives based on customers' requirements, commercial market trends, and federal best practices.
