Shawn Watson, whose prior experience includes supporting the White House Office of American Innovation IT Modernization, Cloud Adoption and Infrastructure Optimization Centers of Excellence, has taken on a new role with GSA where he will support TBM and DCOI evolution across the Federal Government.
