Two sources of information are fed into the SMART UI: (1) SMART interfaces with the HUD Claims system (A43C) to manage program activity related to Partial Claims loans occurring on a daily basis. (2) The loan wizard found in the SMART UI. This feature allows the loan servicing contractor to manually enter a non-partial claim loan into the system. Read more here.
