Chip Taylor, an established leader with over three decades of IT experience, to include 28 years of progressive managerial, business development, and capture experience on short and long-term projects in diverse organizations, with increasing scope and responsibilities, has taken on a new role as Vice President of the Government-Wide Procurement Advisory Center (GPAC) at ManTech. In his new role Chip will lead the operation of the GPAC, managing/exploiting ManTech’s portfolio of Government-Wide IDIQ contracts, performing enterprise-wide Competitive Intelligence and Knowledge Management functions, and establishing and managing a FEDSIM Center of Excellence.
