Nina Bianchi, an industry executive who led People and Culture at the General Service Administration's IT Modernization Centers of Excellence supporting the US Food & Drug Administration, has taken on a new challenge as Senior Director, Solutions Principal, at Medallia Public Sector. In this new role, Nina leads teams that create the capabilities to democratize insights from service front lines to C-suites — using AI and machine learning — at scale.
