Notice ID: 88310323RFI0003 Description The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) is an independent Federal agency that helps safeguard and preserve our nation's history by overseeing the management of all Federal records. The stories of our nation and our people are told in the records and artifacts cared for in NARA facilities around the country and people can discover, use, and learn from this documentary heritage. The mission is to ensure ready access to the essential evidence that documents the rights of American citizens, the actions of Federal officials, and the national experience. NARA anticipates the need for professional services to provide configuration of its current enterprise contact management tool (referred internally as "ECMT") which is based on HubSpot Marketing Hub Enterprise SaaS to accommodate the communication needs of 20-30 additional business sub organizations/entities. NARA staff have previously configured its implementation of HubSpot Marketing Hub but as currently implemented, the tool does not fully meet NARA’s evolving requirements.
